Placing an order

Please continue emailing your orders to your usual Mainstar contact, including your purchase order reference, product codes and quantities. Our team will enter your order and record each dispatch.

Orders sent in stages

If your order is dispatched in more than one shipment, each dispatch will be recorded against the same order. Contact our team for assistance with outstanding quantities or delivery dates.

Invoices and payments

Invoices and payment arrangements continue through Mainstar’s usual invoicing process.

Account access is for approved customers. Please contact your Mainstar representative if you need help accessing your orders.
